Roz Germov
Roz is a barrister specialising in migration and refugee law at the Victorian Bar. Roz has over 20 years of migration and refugee law experience, including experience at DIBP, as a Member of the Refugee Review Tribunal and a solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques and Freehills. Prior to MPE-Fragomen, Roz devised and ran several highly regarded and successful migration law and administrative law seminars for the Victorian Chapter of the Australian Institute of Administrative Law and the Leo Cussen Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Roz is the co-author of Refugee Law in Australia, a comprehensive legal text published by Oxford University Press in May 2003. In 2008 and 2009 she was listed as one of Australia's best migration lawyers published by the Australian Financial Review. Roz is a contributing editor to the LexisNexis Immigration Law Service.

Peter Papadopoulos
Peter is an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law. Since 2011, Peter has been annually voted by his peers as one of Australia's best immigration lawyers and has been included on the annual Best Lawyers list for Australia. He has extensive experience in migration law and he has assisted a wide variety of clients over the years including ASX-100 corporations, small to medium-sized enterprises, educational institutions, high net wealth clients, individuals, couples and other vulnerable clients seeking to navigate their way through Australia's complex immigration system. Between 1996 and 2000, Peter worked as a solicitor and migration agent at King Wood Mallesons and Gadens Lawyers. From May 2014 until December 2015, Peter was a Director of Global Immigration at Ernst & Young. Between January 2015 and October 2018, Peter was a Director of Nomos Pty Ltd, a business specialising in the provision of immigration law advice, advisory services and educational programmes. Peter has a particular interest in business sponsorship issues and complex migration matters, such as helping clients with health and character problems. He also has experience in conducting Administrative Appeals, Tribunal cases and judicial review matters. Peter has also volunteered at the Victorian HIV/AIDS Legal Centre and was a Director of Metta Youth Limited, a non-profit youth organisation. In addition to presenting seminars to corporate and academic audiences for over 10 years, Peter has written numerous articles and has been interviewed on radio about migration law matters and is a contributing editor to the Australian Immigration Law Service published by LexisNexis. Since 2011, Peter has been annually listed as one of Australia's best migration lawyers published by the Australian Financial Review and Best Lawyers.
